Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.  Please carefully review the product description and size information before placing your order.
